Purim in the Land of Oz

4:30 Costume Party for Littles | 5:30 Dinner | 6:30 Purim Shpiel and Dance Party
followed by a purim party at the home of bruce & jacquie gribens at 8:00 pm


We all need more laughter in our lives - thank goodness for Purim! This year we celebrate in the Emerald City with a Wizard of Oz/Wicked mashup shpiel! Dress up as your favorite Oz character or wear a costume of your choice. We've got a full afternoon/evening planned with something fun for everyone!

4:30 pm in the Sanctuary
Bring your littles ones (babies through kindergarteners) in their costumes, whether they be Mordechai or Dorothy, and come join us for songs and silliness and hamentaschen.
Breakfast for Dinner
5:30 pm in the Social Hall
There's no charge for this dinner - just make sure to let us know you're coming so that we have enough food! Click here to RSVP.
Purim Shpiel and Dance Party
6:30 pm in our Sanctuary
Come in costume to our fabulous intergenerational congregation-wide celebration - get in spirit and let loose!
Purim Fiesta at the home of congregants Bruce & Jacquie Gribens
8:00/8:30 pm (immediately following the conclusion of the Rodef Sholom Purim Party)

And don't forget to bring a box of mac & cheese
to use as a grogger and then donate to
the FOod Bank/JFCS Food Pantry!


...And if you've still got energy to party after all the festivities on March 11, there's PurimPalooza the following day on March 12! You don't want to miss this free family carnival held annually at the JCC and co-sponsored by Rodef Sholom. There'll be a costume parade, live music, face painting, carnival games and so much more.
