7:00 PM - 8:30 PMIn Person at Rodef Sholom

REAL Mental Health initiative presents a workshop of connection and grounding with therapist, educator and Rodef Sholom community member Jenna Robinow, LMSW. Reset the messages of "should" that flood us at this time of year, especially related to how we view, change and care for our bodies.

This event is for adults at all life stages including parents of young children, those raising older children with their own body image struggles and anyone that feels overburdened with self image "shoulds."

BIO:
Jenna Robinow grew up in Marin County and is now a Rodef Sholom community member, and daughter-in-law of Alissa and Joey Robinow, married to their son Danny. Jenna earned a master's degree at New York University before working in hospital and outpatient settings treating eating disorders and other mental health conditions. After having her daughter Ezra, Jenna felt called to focus on prevention education, providing individuals and families with support before risk factors become symptoms. She speaks to schools, retreats and parenting cohorts to provide myth-busting and empowerment to folks at all stages of life.

For folks unable to attend, Jenna is offering a free 20-minute consultation for Rodef Sholom community members. You can contact her via her website
