Tashlich Hike
Tuesday, September 11, 4:00 pm
Our Tashlich hike, led by beloved star of the Jewish music world, Dan Nichols, takes place on the second day of Rosh Hashanah. Tashlich is the ritual where we symbolically cast our "sins" into the water (we use bird-friendly oats or rice) and talk about how we can better ourselves in the new year. Meet in Tenneesee Valley parking lot in Mill Valley at 4:00 pm.

Simchat Torah

5:30 pm Adult learning | 6:00 pm Pizza dinner* | 6:30 pm Services, dancing, and blessing of the children
Come early and enlighten your eyes with a little Torah, then celebrate with dancing! After taking all the chairs out of our sanctuary to create a huge dance floor, our very own Rodef Sholom musicians will provide racuous and energetic music for dancing with our Torahs. This joyous holiday is one of the highlights of the Jewish calendar. We invite all families to bring your children and receive a special blessing.

2nd Night Seder

Starts at 4:00 pm* in the Social Hall
The second night seder is one of our most treasured evenings of the year. Join Rabbi Elana Rosen-Brown, Cantor David Margules and many of our own Rodef Sholom musicians as they host a beautiful, meaningful and musical seder. Space is limited - RSVP by Monday, March 19 to Molly at [email protected], and please indicate how you'd like to pay.

Come fill our sanctuary with light and joy and music!
