REST, the rotating emergency shelter team program, that Rodef Sholom helped to create, was meant to be a temporary solution. But this "temporary" solution has been going for over 8 years, and through the political work of the Marin Organizing Committee, we are looking for a more sustainable, year-round approach to shelter.
