Executive Director
Tracey Klapow joined Rodef Sholom's staff in 2022, and loves working alongside an incredible team to support our wonderful, caring community. She is a graduate of Dominican University, with a degree in Psychology, and possesses an M.A. in Nonprofit Management from Gratz College. Prior to Rodef Sholom, Tracey spent 15 years at URJ Camp Newman in strategic advancement and leadership roles. Coming to Rodef Sholom is the culmination of her lifelong passion to build and connect community.
Originally from Toronto, Tracey grew up in Modesto, CA, and spent her formative years in Jewish camps and youth groups. She currently lives in Petaluma with her husband, Adam, and is the mother of two grown men, Ze'ev (age 29) and Sam (age 26). Both of her sons are Brandeis alumni, and spent thirteen years on this campus. In her free time, Tracey loves to travel, read, ride her electric bike, and run.
