"And let them make me a sanctuary that I may dwell among them."
In the Beginning
More than 60 years ago, 60 famillies committed to building a Jewish home for themselves and for generations to come. Pursuers of peach, they sanctified the ground on which we presently stand, the structure they built, and the name written on the doorposts of our welcoming gates, Congregation Rodef Sholom.
Led by our inspiring clergy, we express our shared values within our walls and far beyond—communally expressing all the great needs of our day. Every corner of our building is filled with activity. We are bursting at the seams with prayer, song, social action, learning, and much more.
We have partnered with Herman Coliver Locus Architecture to design our reimagined sacred space. Our new home will be a physical and symbolic manifestation of our sacred community.
