6:30 pm in the Social Hall with Mariana Caplan, Ph.D., and Rabbi Elana Rosen-Brown
The arrival of the Jewish New Year offers us an opportunity to explore the parts of our lives and relationships that are in need of attention, love, and healing. Yoga, as practiced through asana, meditation and breathing, provides powerful tools that are accessible and can bring these teachings and themes deeper to life within us. Chant will be woven throughout as we engage in a yoga class that is grounded in the teachings of Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur. No previous experience in yoga or Judaism is necessary. The teachings are universal and open to all.
There is a $20–$30 sliding scale fee for non-Rodef Sholom members, payable at the door (cash, check, credit card). No one will be turned away for lack of funds. RSVP here.
