We are looking for teenagers who can have a real and deep impact on the lives of our littlest members of our community. A madrich (male) or madricha (female) is a teaching assistant and the word ‘madrich' literally means someone who shows another person how to walk the derech, the path. Madrichim can choose to work in the classroom on Sunday mornings, Sunday afternoons, Tuesday and/or Thursday afternoons. Madrichim can even work in the religious school office.

In addition to mentoring younger students in classrooms, madrichim will have the benefit of being regularly mentored themselves by clergy and educators, it looks awesome on your college applications and you can get community service hours for volunteering!

We are building a new generation of Jewish leaders here and we want you to be one of them.

Here is the link for the application to be a part of our madrichim program. Please take a few minutes to talk about this offer as a family, and see if it's right for you.
