Michael Kamler - Executive Director
Michael Kamler was born in San Francisco, a fourth generation native, and raised in San Rafael. Michael graduated from Stanford University. In 1981 he started working at the Osher Marin Jewish Community Center, and worked there for twenty years, the last nine years as Associate Director. Michael is married to Pat Shiu and together they have two daughters, Alexandra and Aviva.

Moji Javid - Director of Commmunity Connections
Moji Javid joined Rodef Sholom in 1997 as its first Program Director. She is a longtime Marin County resident and member of Rodef Sholom. Moji earned her bachelor's degree in Social Welfare from the University of California Berkeley. She was then the Youth Coordinator for the Osher Marin Jewish Community Center and Rodef Sholom and helped start the MAJYC Program. Later she earned her master's in Social Work and Jewish Communal Service in the double masters program at the University of Southern California and Hebrew Union College in Los Angeles. Before returning to Rodef Sholom, she worked as the Youth and Family Services Director at the Westside JCC in Los Angeles. She is the mother of Sophia, Jacob & Benjamin.

Claire Mikowski - Assistant Director of Education
Claire Mikowski has a Masters of Education from Tufts University and decades of experience creating innovative programs for Jewish children. She brings with her a passion for the arts and the love of Jewish learning. She is an avid reader of souls and books and loves to garden, creating beauty and peace both inside and out.

Meredith Parnell - Director of Communications
Meredith Parnell joined Rodef Sholom in 2003. She was born in San Francisco, raised in Tiburon and Honolulu and has lived all over the country as well as in Vancouver, British Columbia. A lawyer by training, she has been married since 1985 and has two children, Izzy and Jack. She converted to Judaism in 1984 and celebrated her adult bat mitzvah at Congregation Beth Ami in Santa Rosa. She is responsible for Rodef Sholom's electronic communications (website, e-mail, etc.) and the majority of its print communications, as well as Rodef Sholom's participation in the Marin Organizing Committee (MOC).

Irene Resnikoff - Director of Education
Irene Resnikoff, a native of California, grew up at Temple Beth El in Berkeley and joined the Rodef Sholom staff in 1997. She received her B.A. and Teaching Credential at UC Berkeley and spent eight years in Israel, studying and teaching. Irene taught at TehiyahDay School and directed Kulanu, a Jewish Family outreach program. She is co-author of four Hebrew textbooks. Irene earned the title of Jewish Family Educator after completing three years as a Family Education Fellow in a program sponsored by the San Francisco Bureau of Education's Jewish Family Education Project. Irene delights in teaching Torah to adults and children. She lives in Berkeley with her husband, Joel, and their four children.
